How To Return Product

It is mandatory for all customers wishing to return Cloud Nine Lifestyle products to first receive a return authorization and the proper documentation to accompany the returned product. This can be obtained by completing our return form.

The criteria for products which meet our return policy standards are as follows:
1. You must make your return within 90 days of making the purchase
2. Items which have been opened, used or damaged in any way will not be refunded
3. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable
4. There is a $10 restocking fee for each unopened item.

As previously stated, it is necessary to first make a refund request by filling out our return authorization ticket. Upon completion of this form, if you meet the proper criteria, documentation will be sent to you containing a return number. You then must return the product to us along with this documentation and the original packing slip to receive your refund. You are responsible for the return of your product, both in terms of shipping costs and shipping method. Once we can verify receiving the returned product a refund will be issued by the same method the original payment was made. Cloud Nine Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to deny any returns or refund requests which do not meet our criteria.

Please follow these steps to fill our RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) request:

Step 1:Please click here: RMA Ticket and choose "Returns" and click on the "Next" button.

Step 2: Please fill the RMA ticket form (look at the example bellow). Note: all fields with * are mandatory fields. Click on submit ticket.

After you submitted the ticket you will receive a ticket number, please keep the ticket number for future reference.

Once we receive your ticket we will process it (usually between 24-48 hours) and send you the proper documentation to accompany the returned product. Please note that you should also attach the original packing slip. Once we receive your product we will process your refund. You will receive your refund with the same payment method you used to purchase the product.
